Maintenance

We have many years experience carrying out maintenance work for our domestic, commercial and industrial clients. We offer a maintenance service on all our services.

Our clients include letting agents, nationwide housing associations, estate agents, tourist information centres, building contractors and domestic household customers.

We can provide maintenance contracts on request and also organise full electrical maintenance schedules for your premises.

Our maintenance service includes all aspects of electrical wiring, lighting, accessories and we also maintain fire alarms, security alarms, CCTV and door entry systems.

Booking A Job - We Are Here To Help You

Electrical fault finding work can vary in both size of job and also technicality of job. It is not normally possible to assess the scale of the fault without carrying out initial investigative work, meaning we are unable to provide a fixed cost for fault finding work.

When you contact us our job booking staff will notify you of our labour charges for fault finding work. We can also investigate your fault for a fixed time e.g. one hour, thereafter we will inform you if the fault has been fixed or advise whether further work and cost is necessary. We may be able to give you an estimate of time and cost but we cannot provide a fixed cost for fault finding work.

Our maintenance service can involve a per hour or fixed fee pricing structure depending on the nature of the work and can be discussed with our job booking team when you contact us.
