This service is open to individuals and businesses in Scotland only and is limited to domestic and commercial clients. If the nature of the query allows us to give advice by email, our initial response is free of charge.

We cannot guarantee to answer or give advice on all queries. If the nature of the query requires a site visit to be arranged, this may incur a charge. Quotations and estimates are provided free of charge.
